Refunds and repayment

Three subjects stay separate. This draft does not say that every payment is non-refundable, and it does not waive statutory rights.

A. The later USD 200

Under the coupon offer, USD 200 is a deferred balance. It is payable only after you pass the target exam and the approved evidence rules are met. This draft does not invent an automatic charge if you fail, delay, change exam or jurisdiction, withdraw, or do not send proof. The approved terms must say what evidence is accepted, how to send it, and how long a review takes.

B. The USD 65 you already paid

Refunds of the initial payment are a different question from the later balance. Email support with your receipt. Timelines, notice periods, duplicate payments, failed payments, and outages will be numbered in the approved policy. Until then, this page does not promise a specific number of days, and it does not refuse a refund that the law requires.

C. Chargebacks and disputes

If you dispute a card payment with your bank, tell support as well and include the transaction ID. The payment provider’s process will also apply.

At checkout

The coupon path asks you to tick the offer terms separately. When email receipts exist, they should include the terms you accepted and the coupon details.
