Data this site can collect

• Name, email, and the text of a support or complaint message
• Billing country and the exam you select, when checkout is live
• Study activity once an account exists: answers, notes, and progress
• Exam-result evidence, only if you send it for the coupon offer

Why

To provide the course, take payment, answer you, and — only if you opted into the coupon — check a pass under the offer terms. Marketing messages need their own consent.

Employers

Learner details are not shared with employers unless you start an application and consent to that specific disclosure.

Where it may be handled

Offices are in the UAE, India, Canada, and Saudi Arabia, so a message may be read in more than one country. The approved policy should name the processors and the transfer safeguard.

Your requests

Email support to ask for a copy, a correction, or deletion. Say which address you used. Retention periods will be set in the approved policy. Until then, ask for deletion of anything you have sent and keep your own copy of documents you still need.

Security

Live systems should encrypt data in transit and at rest, limit who can open identity documents and results, keep logs, and follow an incident process. This static preview does not store form data on a server.
